Experienced Leadership.
Accountable Execution.
Housing providers create value for residents, communities, and investors. JeffersonBroad connects that contribution to the public incentives available to qualifying properties. We bring together statutory, financial, and operational expertise to establish the opportunity, quantify the benefit, and direct the work from the initial review through annual applications and certification.
Justin W. Terry
Justin W. Terry is Managing Partner of JeffersonBroad Advisors. Over more than 20 years in real estate, he has been involved in over $1 billion of transactions across multifamily and mixed-use development. His experience includes 12 years at The Dawson Company as Vice President of Development and an early career on Prudential Mortgage Capital Company’s HUD lending platform. He graduated with honors from Morehouse College with a degree in finance, and his approach was shaped through mentorship from Harold A. Dawson Jr. and Dennis Pemberton.
Justin founded JeffersonBroad to close the gap between public incentives and the housing providers positioned to benefit from them. He has worked with the Live Local Act since its enactment, bringing that experience to qualification, applications, county review, and annual filings. His work connects statutory expertise and established relationships to the owner’s operating priorities, resident commitments, and responsibility to investment partners.
His commitment to building opportunity extends beyond real estate. Justin was part of the founding team of KIPP Vision Academy, a tuition-free public charter school in Atlanta that prepares students for success in college and life. He has also been involved with Young Men’s Weekend, a nonprofit initiative guiding young men into manhood in a safe, welcoming environment with high standards. His entrepreneurial background includes a venture-backed restaurant concept that scaled to five locations across three major metropolitan markets, with a model built to disrupt conventional fast food.
Justin and his wife, Andrienne, are raising a toddler and enjoy spending time outdoors together. He is a Detroit Lions season ticket holder and a devoted fan of the Michigan Wolverines, Detroit Pistons, and Detroit Tigers.
Andrienne Terry is VP of Operations at JeffersonBroad Advisors. An accomplished project manager, she brings extensive experience in public-private partnerships and in leading teams on engagements for government agencies and consulting firms serving public entities.
Her work has included housing initiatives and complex application processes, where multiple stakeholders, detailed requirements, and clear responsibilities must come together. That experience informs her approach to JeffersonBroad’s client operations: organizing the work, maintaining communication, and directing the follow-through that keeps an engagement moving.
Andrienne holds a master’s degree from UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs and a bachelor’s degree from Occidental College. She brings an understanding of both public-sector processes and private-sector priorities to the firm’s work with Multifamily Owners and Developers.
Andrienne has explored more than 150 farmers markets across the United States and abroad, and is always discovering new favorites. She enjoys creating nourishing desserts and treasures time with Justin and their toddler, Camillia. She has a particular love for fall.
